The same-day ordering cutoff in Jangsu-gun is 14:00, local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Jangsu Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
A delivery for Beonam Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Gyebuk Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Janggye Technical High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Geungnaksa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Janggye Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Jangsu Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Blue Saedeul Seungma Resort Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For a recipient at Cheoncheon-myeon Community Service Center, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Jipjae Mountain Villa needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
