Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When the destination is in Dokgok-dong, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If the recipient is staying at Jeiseu Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Luxury Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before sending flowers to Eunhye Middle School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Osan Wondang Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Seongho Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Mangi-sa(Tep.), the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Songhyeon Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Songtandongseong church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Gyeonggi Tourist Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a patient at Yedaum, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
For flowers addressed to someone at Osan City Hall, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For someone in Gasu-dong, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For a table booked at manaus grill, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
