Same-day orders for Jukhang-dong close at 14:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When entering an address in Dotong-dong, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to MUA Guesthouse, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hanok Hotel Namwon Yechon by Kensington, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Jirisan Junganghaicheu Condominium, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The address for MUA Guesthouse is given as 요천로 1501-10; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Namwon Womens High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Namwon haneul Middle School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Namwongukak Art High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Yongdam-sa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient whose address is in Eohyeon-dong, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Cheonghae Fish Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
