Same-day orders for Taein-dong close at 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Geumho-dong.
For a guest at Plaza Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
A delivery for Gwangyang Jecheol High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Gwangyang Jecheol Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Gwangyang Jecheol Nam ELementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Gwangyeongdong Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Joseongak Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Handokyeonhap Clinic, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
For a recipient whose address is in Gwangyeong-dong, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Baek Fish Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
