The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Yanggu-gun. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Yanggu KCP Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Gangwonoegukeo High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Haean Middle School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Hanjeon Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Jeong Church Yangguseongandeurea Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Yanggu Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Sejong Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
An order addressed to Yanggu-gun Office should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bamnamu Fish Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
