Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Hambantota online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Tomb of Andare: the Court Jester are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Tsunami memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Hambantota is 18:00. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. An address in Bendigama Interchange should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Check with the ward at Walasmulla before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at goverment hospital ground, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Before sending flowers to #ground, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Beliatta Nawoda School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Gatamanna South Maha Vidyalala, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Ashokarama Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Bedigama Purana Raja Maha Viharaya, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Katuwan Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Uga Chena Huts, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Before sending to District General Hospital Hambantota, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
If the recipient works at #office, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Address details for Kotuwegoda should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Ceylon Excel, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
