Send flowers to someone in Au without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Erich Billig are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Henry-Dunant-Denkmal in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Bleichi.
Check that Metropol can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. If you are sending to a guest of Pension Gambrinus, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. The address for Metropol is given as Bahnhofstrasse 26; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Oberstufe Rebstein - Marbach, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Katholische Kirche St. Margaretha, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Katholische Kirche St. Theresia, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Gemeindeverwaltung Au should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
When entering an address in Brand, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Grüner Baum, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
