You do not need to be in Bernex to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Stupa in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
A flower order for a recipient at Hôpital de Loëx needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. The address for Hôpital de Loëx is given as Route de Loëx 151; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at École Luchepelet? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for École Robert Hainard is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to École du Signal, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Mairie, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Les Curiades, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
