Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Cycle d'Orientation de Bois-Caran, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Ecole de Collonge CM is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Ecole élémentaire de Collonge, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at La Pointe à la Bise, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
