Send your flower order for Lengnau online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Bourbaki-Denkmal Büren an der Aare in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Denkmal Rudolf Gnägi are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. When the destination is in Madretsch, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For flowers addressed to a guest at SleepBox, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If you are sending to a guest of Omnium Sport Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Sending flowers to someone at Flugschule Grenchen? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Sonderschule, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Chappeli, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Sankt Klemenz, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at St. Niklaus-Kapelle are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Passage, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before placing a workplace order for Soziale Dienste Oberer Leberberg, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Beunden.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Tennis Chugele, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
