The same-day ordering cutoff in Hanang is 16:00, local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
If you are sending to a guest of Iramba hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check with Summit Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
A delivery for Balangdalalu Secondary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at GETANUWAS SECONDARY SCHOOL? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to HIRBADAW SECONDARY SCHOOL, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Roman Catholic Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Guesthouse, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
