Send flowers to Kibaha from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You can complete payment online using your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Planning a same-day delivery in Kibaha? The ordering deadline is 16:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Kibamba.
If you are sending to a guest of Njuweni Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at Kibaha Girls Secondary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Football Groud, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for St Donbosco primary school is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Africa Inland Church Kibaha, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at KKKT Kibaha, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Kanisa Pentecost are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that KCC HOTEL can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
An order for a staff member at Bemellin Hall should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If the destination is in Kwembe, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
