Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Ballymoney without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Dervock War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. George Travers Maccartney Memorial Fountain is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
If you are sending to a guest of Manor Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Sending flowers to someone at Ballymoney High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Our Lady of Lourdes High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Dalriada School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at 1st Ballymoney Presbyterian Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at St James's Presbyterian Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Harmony Hill Country House, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
For a patient at Robinson Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Before sending to a workplace such as Ballymoney Town Hall & Museum, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Sizzlin Sausage Diner, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
