A flower order for Cove Bay can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. John JR Macleod Statue is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Gordon Highlanders Egypt Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Cove Bay, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. When the destination is in Balnagask, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for The Highland Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The Highland Hotel is listed at Crown Street 91-95; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Harlaw Academy? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Broomhill Primary and Nursery, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Bon Accord Free Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Torry St Fitticks Parish Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Ruthrieston West Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
When entering an address in Dubford, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If flowers are going to St Peter's Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Tarragon On The Terrace, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
