Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Felixstowe. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Flood Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Felixstowe, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Old Felixstowe.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Premier Inn, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Coco, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If you are sending to a guest of The Fludyers Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Undercliff Road West 1 is the listed address of Premier Inn; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Colneis Junior School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Fairfield Infant School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Felix Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Christ Church Felixstowe are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Felixstowe Town Hall, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
When entering an address in Grange Farm, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the delivery address is The Co-operative Funeralcare, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Prezzo, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
