Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Newcastle under Lyme can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Audley's Cross in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Watermills Chimney are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Planning a same-day delivery in Newcastle under Lyme? The ordering deadline is 18:00 local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. An address in Ashley Heath should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Use the hospital’s full address for North Staffordshire Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. If you are sending flowers to someone at Bradwell Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. The listed address for North Staffordshire Hospital is Clayton Road; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Travelodge, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check with Courtyard by Marriott before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. If the recipient is staying at Holiday Inn Stoke-on-Trent, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The listed address for Travelodge is Lower Street; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at St James the Great, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Saint Margaret's Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at St Mary’s and All Saints Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone in Clayton, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If the delivery address is Marsh & Son Funeralcare, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. A tribute addressed to Silverdale Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Toby Carvery needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Sending flowers to someone at Blackfriars Academy? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a delivery to a teacher at Clayton Hall Academy, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
