Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Pembrokeshire can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Eric Bradforth is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Gwilym Prichard in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Pembrokeshire is 18:00. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. When the destination is in Hakin, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
When the recipient is at Withybush Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. Use the hospital’s full address for South Pembrokeshire Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. A flower order for a recipient at Tenby Cottage Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. For an order addressed to Withybush Hospital, the listed location is Fishguard Road; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending to County Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. If you are sending to a guest of Fishguard Bay Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Premier Inn, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For an order addressed to County Hotel, the listed location is Salutation Square; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Flowers for a service at Bethel English Baptist Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Bethesda Baptist, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Blaenffos Baptist Chapel, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the destination is in Lower Town, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If flowers are going to Llangwm Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Webley Bar Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a delivery to a teacher at Coastlands County Primary, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Before sending flowers to Fenton CP School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
A delivery for Milford Haven School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
