Same Day Delivery
You do not need to be in Bryn Mawr to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Geoff Geppert '15 Memorial Staircase is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Germany Hill War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Where the delivery address includes Drexel Hill, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Sending flowers to someone at Main Line Classical Academy? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Proclamation Presbyterian Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Church of the Good Shepherd, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Our Mother of Good Council are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Greg Vitali State Representative, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
An address in Penn Valley should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If flowers are going to Arlington Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Tiffin, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
