A flower order for Carrizo can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Old Zapata is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Oso Blanco Lodge, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
If flowers are going to Zapata County Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Holiday Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
