Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Fayston. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
Sending flowers to someone at Fayston Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Tucker Hill Inn, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Check whether Fayston Town Office accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Birdcage, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
