Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Gardi. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The order must be placed before 12:00 local time for same-day flowers in Gardi. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Flowers for a service at Bethlehem Baptist Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Midway Baptist Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Smith Grove Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If flowers are going to Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
