Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Haines. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Aspen Hotel Haines, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If you are sending to a guest of Beach Road House, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Halsingland Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For delivery details relating to Aspen Hotel Haines, its listed address is Main Street 409; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Haines School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Haines Baptist Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Haines Presbyterian Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Alaska Department of Fish and Game, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Deer Heart, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
