Same Day Delivery
You can order flowers for Rochester online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Frederick Douglas Statue are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Rochester Veterans Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Before sending to Wilmot Cancer Center, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. For a patient at Clinton Crossings, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. The address given for Wilmot Cancer Center is Crittenden Boulevard 110; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hyatt Regency, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Before ordering for a guest at Strathallan - a DoubleTree by Hilton, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Hyatt Regency is listed at East Main Street 125; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Rochester Zen Center, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Asbury First United Methodist Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Sacred Heart Cathedral, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

For a tribute intended for Riverside Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at bb.q Chicken, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

For a delivery to a teacher at Edison Tech High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Before sending flowers to Wilson Magnet High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
A delivery for Nazareth Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
