Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in San Juan Capistrano, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by C2 Ranch Marker in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as San Juan Capistrano Veterans Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Best Western, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Inn at the Mission San Juan Capistrano, Autograph Collection, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If the recipient is staying at Residence Inn, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For delivery details relating to Best Western, its listed address is Ortega Highway 27174; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at San Juan Hills High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to JSerra Catholic High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Tspoons Cooking School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Mission Basilica San Juan Capistrano, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Saint Basil Greek Orthodox Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether San Juan Capistrano City Hall accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For a tribute intended for Mission Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bad to the Bone BBQ, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
