Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Southlake. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Absalom H. Chivers Cemetery in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Carroll School is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Place a same-day order for Southlake by the local cutoff of 12:00. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Check that The Elmore Hotel, DFW Southlake, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. If you are sending to a guest of Delta Hotels by Marriott, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. You will find The Elmore Hotel, DFW Southlake, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel listed at E State Highway 2104; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Carroll Senior High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Carroll High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Don T. Durham Intermediate School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Countryside Bible Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Gateway Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Southlake City Hall, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Before sending a tribute to Thomas Easter Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Eggsquisite Cafe, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
When the recipient is at Methodist Southlake Medical Center, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
The listed address for Methodist Southlake Medical Center is East State Highway 114 421; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
