Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Tumwater. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Deschutes No. 3 Fishway are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Check that Best Western Tumwater Inn can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. A flower order for someone staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites - Tumwater / Olympia should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Extended Stay America - Olympia - Tumwater, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The listed address for Best Western Tumwater Inn is Capitol Boulevard South 5188; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Black Lake Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for George Bush Middle School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at New Market Skills Center, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Chapel of Praise, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Northstar Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Department of Transportation Olympic Region Headquarters should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Denny's, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
