Same Day Delivery
You do not need to be in West Fargo to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order must be placed before 12:00 local time for same-day flowers in West Fargo. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. If the destination is in Brookwood, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Homewood Suites by Hilton, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. If you are sending to a guest of DoubleTree by Hilton, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Sending to Microtel Inn & Suites? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For an order addressed to Homewood Suites by Hilton, the listed location is East Beaton Drive 805; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to West Fargo High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Holy Cross Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Lutheran Church of the Cross, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at The Summit Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether West Fargo City Hall accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Burlington.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at MacKenzie River, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
