Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Winchester Bay can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as U.S.C.G. Station, Umpqua River, 1939 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Place a same-day order for Winchester Bay by the local cutoff of 12:00. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
A delivery for Highland Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Reedsport Junior/High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Highlands Baptist Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Reedsport Church of God are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A tribute addressed to Gardiner Masonic Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Sol De Mexico, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
