Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Al-Madinah. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Miqat Dhul Hulaifah in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order must be placed before 18:00 local time for same-day flowers in Al-Madinah. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Yanbu Industrial City.
Check that Waqf Al Safi Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For a guest at Crowne Plaza Madinah, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Before sending flowers to 3rd Girls Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Yanbu Elite International school, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Alitham Mosque, Al-'Ula, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Masjid Ghamama are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Mosque Al-Qiblatayn - Mosque of the Two Qiblas, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Al-Ula Arac Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Children and Maternity Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
For flowers addressed to someone at General Organization for Social Insurance, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Al Haram Al Sharif, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before sending a tribute to Maqbara Al Baqeea, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
A delivery timed for a meal at TGI Fridays needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
