People locate the town by Aşıq Teymur Abidəsi in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Aşıq Teymur heykəli are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Sending flowers to someone at Baku Oxford School \ Shamkir? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at German Lutheran Church \ Shamkir, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at İmam Əli Məscidi, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Abi Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.

If you are planning flowers for a meal at Ceyhun Şadlıq Sarayı, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
