Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Alvares Machado. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Chave da cidade is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Cruz are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Alvares Machado is 16:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Bairro Floresta.
For a delivery to a teacher at Colégio Anglo Aquarella II, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Colégio Objetivo? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for EMEIF Governador Mário Covas is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Assembleia de Deus are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora da Agonia, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Capela de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Campo Belo Resort? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Use the hospital’s full address for Santa Casa de Álvares Machado, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Check whether INSS accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Where the delivery address includes Chácaras Arthur Boigues, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Churrascaria e Lanchonete Terra do Sol, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
