The order must be placed before 16:00 local time for same-day flowers in Encruzilhada do Sul. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Address details for Aldemar Xavier dos Santos should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hospital Municipal, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. The street address listed for Hospital Municipal is Rua Coronel Honório Carvalho 878; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel São Jorge should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Hotel São Jorge has a listed address of Rua Conde de Porto Alegre; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Flowers for a service at Comunidade Cristã are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Igreja Matriz, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Luz para os Povos, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Fórum de Encruzilhada do Sul accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Colégio Barão do Quaraí, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
