To order flowers for same-day delivery in Sao Joao do Oeste, use the destination’s 16:00 local cutoff. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Beato Roque.
Check with Pousada Dona Margarida before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The location listed for Pousada Dona Margarida is Rua Santa Cruz 369; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Centro de Educação Infantil Jesus Menino is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Centro Educacional São João do Oeste, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escola Ministro Luiz Gallotti, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Church of Saint John Berchmans are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Capela Cristo Rei, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Assembleia de Deus, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Escritório Municipal Epagri with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Cristo Rei, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Funerária São João, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. Before sending a tribute to Cemitério Municipal, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Empório Pizza & Grill, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
