Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Zlatica is 14:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Flowers for a service at Orthodox temple St. George the Victorious are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Borova Gora Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Check whether Regional Court - Pirdop accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Tassie Devil, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
