The same-day ordering cutoff in Tiangongdian Jiedao is 14:00, local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the destination is in Longshoulu, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a recipient at Chongqing Stomatological Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
A flower order for someone staying at Holiday Inn Chongqing Guanyinqiao should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Check that 7 Days Inn can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For a guest at Ascott Raffles City Chongqing, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. For an order addressed to Holiday Inn Chongqing Guanyinqiao, the listed location is 五红路 96; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Bashu Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Chongqing Haifu hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Jiangbei District People’s Government, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If the recipient’s address is in Songpailu, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Juewei Duck Neck, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
