The same-day ordering cutoff in Xuguantun Jiedao is 14:00, local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. For an address in Dongpuwa, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Home Inn? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
If the destination is in Huangzhuang, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
