Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the recipient’s address is in Zuojiazhuang, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Kunlun Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For flowers addressed to a guest at Home Inn, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If the service takes place at Kehilat Beijing, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Super 8, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For flowers addressed to someone at JAPAN Science & Technology, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Saizeriya, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
