Order before 16:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in San Jose del Tambo. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
For a delivery to a teacher at Uniadad Educativa a Distancia de Bolívar, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Unidad Educativa Darío C. Guevara, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Fiscal Mixta "CAbo Minacho"? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Iglesia Catolica San José del Tambo, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Iglesia are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia "La Fortuna Alta", confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Comedor Popular, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
