Arrange a flower delivery in Pokfulam online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The online payment is made in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Boundary Stone, City of Victoria are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Monument in Commemoration of the Return of Hong Kong to China is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Pokfulam, use the destination’s 14:00 local cutoff. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. If the destination is in Kellett Bay, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a patient at Grantham Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Check with the ward at Tang Shiu Kin Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Wong Chuk Hang Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself. Grantham Hospital has a listed address of 黃竹坑道 Wong Chuk Hang Road 125; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Conrad Hong Kong, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A flower order for someone staying at Pottinger Hong Kong should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For a guest at The St. Regis Hong Kong, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. For delivery details relating to Conrad Hong Kong, its listed address is 金鐘道 Queensway 88; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Flowers for a service at Lo Pan Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Kwong Fook I Tsz, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Ohel Leah Synagogue, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
When entering an address in Mid-Levels Central, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the delivery address is Tung Wah Coffin Home, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. For a tribute intended for Chiu Yuen Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at House of Culture, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Island School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
