Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Sha Tin Town Centre. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Memorial Stone of Shing Mun Reservoir in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Beginning of 10,000 Buddhas are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Sha Tin Town Centre close at 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Where the delivery address includes Sha Tin Heights, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A flower order for a recipient at Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Shatin Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. Use the hospital’s full address for TWGHs Wong Tai Sin Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital has a listed address of 沙田坳道 Shatin Pass Road 118; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Before ordering for a guest at Courtyard Hong Kong Sha Tin, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If the recipient is staying at Royal Park Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is listed at 澤祥街 Chak Cheung Street 18; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Wong Tai Sin Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Hong Kong China Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Chi Lin Nunnery are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Wo Che Community Hall, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the recipient’s address is in Chuk Yuen, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If the delivery address is Po Fook Memorial Hall, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. Before sending a tribute to Po Fook Shan, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at ClubONE Riviera, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a delivery to a teacher at International Christian School Shek Mun Campus, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Before sending flowers to Po Leung Kuk Chee Jing Yin Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Ma On Shan Tsung Tsin Secondary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
