Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Shuen Wan. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Avalokiteśvara Statue are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by 歡迎蒞臨北區 Welcome To North District in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Shuen Wan. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When entering an address in Tai Mei Tuk, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
When several people are giving the flowers together at The Education University of Hong Kong Jockey Club Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Tsz Shan Monastery, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Sam Mun Tsai Pentacostal Holiness Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Ting Kok.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at TT Veggie, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
