Fresh blooms delivered to over 120+ countries.
Same Day Delivery
You can order flowers for Siu Sai Wan online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Pillbox 033 is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Taikoo Dock are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the destination is in Yau Tong, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a recipient at Family Medicine and Primary Care Centre (Taikoo), check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. The location listed for Family Medicine and Primary Care Centre (Taikoo) is 太古城道 Taikoo Shing Road; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before ordering for a guest at EAST, Hong Kong, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. When addressing flowers to a guest at Y-Loft, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For an order addressed to EAST, Hong Kong, the listed location is 太古城道 Taikoo Shing Road 29; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Tin Hau Temple (Cha Kwo Ling), confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Chai Wan Masjid are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Shau Kei Wan Tin Hau Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient whose address is in Tiu Keng Leng, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a tribute intended for Cape Collinson Chinese Permanent Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Genki Sushi, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Shrewsbury International School Hong Kong, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
