You do not need to be in Portland to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Cenotaph is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Read our customer reviews“The bouquet was even more beautiful than the photo. Arrived fresh, perfectly wrapped and exactly on time. My recipient was absolutely delighted. Highest recommendation.”

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. If the recipient’s address is in Breastworks, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A flower order for someone staying at Great Huts should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Tim Bamboo, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Machioneal All-Age School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Port Antonio High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Port Antonio Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Port Antonio Baptist Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Frenchman's Cove Resort, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Port Antonio Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
An order for a staff member at (SDC) social development communication should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For someone in Dolphin Bay, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Anna Bananas, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
