Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Paoy Paet can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Paoy Paet is 17:00. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Sangkat Poipet.
Check with INCA HOTEL before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. When addressing flowers to a guest at Star Vegas Resort, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
A delivery for Ming Hua Northwest School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Orussey Leu Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Tuol Prasat High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Mong Chen Pagoda, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Poipet Catholic Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Tuol Prasat Pagoda, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Holiday Panorama, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For flowers addressed to someone at Poi Pet VISA on arrival, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at BrossLa 7-Level Spicy Noodles needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
