Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Cockle Bay without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Howick and Pakuranga First World War memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Lt. R. S. Judson's Oak Tree is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For someone in Botany, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before sending to Picton Street Surgery, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Before sending flowers to Botany Downs Secondary College, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Elim Christian College - Senior Campus, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Farm Cove Intermediate School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Chinese Youth Church 恩光堂, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Christian Youth Church 恩光堂, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Nesuto Newhaven, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For a patient at Botany SuperClinic, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Before sending to a workplace such as Howick Village Association, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
When entering an address in Huntington Park, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the delivery address is Howick Funeral Home, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. For a tribute intended for Howick Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Good Home, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
