A florist in Foxton handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Foxton War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Old Whirokino Trestle Section are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
A delivery for Manawatu College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Coley Street School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Foxton Beach School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at All Saints Anglican Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Foxton/Shannon Cooperating Parish, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Foxton Memorial Hall, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Before sending a tribute to Foxton Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
For a table booked at The Vines Cafe, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
