Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Saint Geniez d'Olt et d'Aubrac can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Order before 16:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Saint Geniez d'Olt et d'Aubrac. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the destination is in Lotissement Champ de la Place, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Le Château Ricard, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A flower order for someone staying at Château de la Falque should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If the recipient is staying at Hostellerie de la Poste, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The address for Le Château Ricard is given as Rue Hygonnet 7; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Collège Denys Puech is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to École primaire privée Sainte-Marie, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at École primaire publique Les Marmousets, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Geniez, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Église Saint-Jacques de Verlac, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Église Saint-Pierre d'Aurelle, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Mairie Saint-Geniez-d'Olt, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
When the destination is in Lotissement La Boissière, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Crêperie Chez Antoinette needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
