A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Le Gué du Holme, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. A flower order for someone staying at hotelF1 should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If the recipient is staying at Hôtel Ibis Avranches Baie du Mont Saint-Michel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. When arranging flowers for Le Gué du Holme, note its listed address, Rue des Estuaires 14; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Église Saint-Quentin, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
