Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The order must be placed before 16:00 local time for same-day flowers in Scey-sur-Saone-et-Saint-Albin. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For a recipient whose address is in Résidence Fontaine Aloy, keep that place name in the address you enter.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Collège Château Rance, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for École primaire is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Église Saint-Martin are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Mairie de Scey-sur-Saône-et-Saint-Albin, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For an address in Résidence du Chanois, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A delivery timed for a meal at Bar Restaurant le Barnayout needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
