Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Ksiaz Wielki, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Ksiaz Wielki is 14:00, local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the destination is in Mirów-Zamek, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Zameczek, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. When arranging flowers for Hotel Zameczek, note its listed address, Warszawska 13; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Zespół Szkolno - Przedszkolny w Książu Wielkim? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Kościół pw. Świętego Wojciecha Biskupa i Męczennika w Książu Wielkim are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Kościół pw. Świętego Ducha, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Kaplica cmentarna, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Urząd Miasta i Gminy Książ Wielki, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Where the delivery address includes Wielki Dwór, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A delivery timed for a meal at Hulaj Dusza needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
